Credits power AI queries, semantic search, and content processing. Typical usage: 1 AI query = ~10 credits, 1 search request = ~0.1 credits, 1 document upload = ~5-50 credits depending on size. We provide detailed analytics so you can track and optimize your usage.

Yes! If you have 25 admins, you could pay $65/seat for the first 5, then $55/seat for the next 15, and $45/seat for the final 5. Our billing system automatically applies volume discounts as you add seats.

You get a 10% soft cap buffer (e.g., 55,000 credits on a 50,000 plan). We alert you at 90% usage. If you hit 110%, we send an email confirmation and auto-upgrade you to the next tier. You can also upgrade proactively at any time or use BYO options to reduce consumption.
