By accessing and using Sharely.ai (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

Sharely.ai is a knowledge delivery platform for communities. It unifies content from your existing documents, drives, and systems into a single governed knowledge layer, then delivers search, resources, and AI-assisted answers to your users based on their role and context, inside the platforms they already use. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

a. You acknowledge that features released as BETA may contain bugs, errors, and other issues.

b. Your use of BETA features is voluntary and at your own risk.

The Service is provided without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Sharely.ai, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
